Tuscany is known also for its delicious food.
Just
a few miles down the hill you can dine in one of the local
Tuscan restaurants of Certaldo.
This medieval hilltop town,
surrounded by red brick walls, is the birthplace of the
poet and writer Boccaccio, author of "The Decameron". Here
you will be able to attend courses of Gourmet Tuscan Cuisine,
Art and Italian Language.
At Villa Il Pozzo you can taste and buy
the excellent Chianti wine
as well as the Olive Oil produced under the strict supevision
of Mr. Gori and his two sons, Gianni and Duccio.
